• *Choice Thick Butcher Bacon home-made naturally smoked in butcher shop, 4 choices, 1lb packages each: E. Cherry Bacon or F. Maple Bacon or G. Hickory Bacon or H. Apple Bacon
• Ground Pork Choice*: 2lb packages or I. Choice*1lb ground pork packaging (no charge) choose in the bundle at bottom
• Ribs: Spare ribs in 3lb packages
• Pork Hock: 1 inch, good for head cheese & soup broth 5lb packages
